Terms and Conditions
These terms set the ground rules for business use of Linked Panda, including accounts, credits, lead enrichment, exports, and liability limits.
Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Linked Panda, a B2B sales product for tracking LinkedIn engagement, enriching business contacts, scoring leads, and routing qualified leads to sales workflows.
The contracting party is Linked Panda. Contact us at hi@linkedpanda.com.
Business use only
Linked Panda is for business and professional use, not consumer, household, or child-directed use. You confirm that you are using Linked Panda for a business, employer, or organization and that you have authority to accept these terms for that workspace.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of account and workspace information, keeping access secure, managing team members, and all activity under your workspace. You must promptly remove users who no longer need access.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, violates these terms, creates legal risk, or threatens the security or reliability of Linked Panda.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of Linked Panda, including:
- choosing which profiles, posts, ICPs, lists, and destinations to use;
- having a lawful basis for tracking, enrichment, scoring, exporting, outreach, and CRM processing;
- complying with GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, PECR, CASL, and other sales, marketing, privacy, and anti-spam rules that apply to you;
- honoring opt-outs, objections, suppression requests, and CRM data quality obligations;
- reviewing enriched data before relying on it for material business decisions.
Linked Panda provides tooling and data workflows; it does not decide who you contact, what you say, or whether your outreach is lawful.
Acceptable use
You must not use Linked Panda to:
- break the law or violate third-party rights;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive messages;
- collect or process sensitive personal data unless we explicitly agree in writing;
- reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, or interfere with the service;
- resell, broker, or publish Linked Panda data as a standalone data product;
- use the service for consumer credit, employment, housing, health, insurance, or similarly regulated eligibility decisions.
Credits and billing
Linked Panda uses credits. The pay-as-you-go price is $0.05 per credit, with a $10 minimum top-up. We do not offer a free trial. Credits never expire unless your account is closed for breach, fraud, or legal reasons.
Credits are a limited right to use Linked Panda. They are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or property; they are non-transferable, non-refundable except where required by law, and cannot be redeemed outside Linked Panda.
Current paid plans are Starter, Growth, and Scale. Plan prices, included credits, tracked profile limits, features, taxes, and payment timing are shown at checkout or in the billing surface. We may change future pricing, but changes will not retroactively alter credits you already purchased.
Product status and availability
Linked Panda is actively evolving. Some business logic, integrations, enrichment workflows, qualification workers, and billing features may be stubbed, beta, limited, or unavailable until released.
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific enrichment coverage, verified email availability, CRM acceptance, lead quality, conversion, revenue, or pipeline outcomes.
Third-party services
Linked Panda may work with third-party services such as hosting, analytics, email, billing, B2B enrichment, email verification, CRM, outbound, and spreadsheet tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Linked Panda is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If we process personal data for you as a processor, the parties should sign a data processing addendum before production use. Until then, do not use Linked Panda for data that requires contractual processing terms we have not agreed.
Intellectual property
We own Linked Panda, including the software, design, brand, workflows, documentation, and related IP. You retain rights in your workspace inputs and customer data.
You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use your workspace inputs to provide and improve Linked Panda. If you give feedback, we may use it without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers
Linked Panda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that data will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your specific use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linked Panda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, goodwill, business interruption, or failed sales outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to Linked Panda is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid to Linked Panda for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Linked Panda against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your workspace data, outreach, exports, CRM use, violation of law, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using Linked Panda at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.
Governing law
Until legal entity details are finalized, these terms use the Netherlands as the default governing law placeholder, with courts in Amsterdam as the default venue placeholder. Replace this section with final counsel-approved dispute language before launch.
Changes
We may update these terms as Linked Panda changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email.
